We’re not a gifting app. We're a thoughtfulness platform.

Thnks is built on a timeless truth: people do business with people they like, and everyone likes someone who makes them feel appreciated. Our data shows that regular, meaningful micro-investments in relationships build brand affinity and loyalty far more than arbitrary gifts or generic swag.

We make it effortless to send thoughtful, personalized gestures — hot chocolate on a cold day, a ride-share during a storm, chicken soup when the meeting is canceled because of an illness, or lunch for the team just because — that drive connection, conversion, and loyalty.

It all started with a cup of coffee

When our founders, Larry and Brendan, imagined Thnks, they asked: if a client got in line behind us at a coffee shop, what would we do? The answer was simple: we’d buy them a coffee and a snack to show them we appreciate them.

That small act of thoughtfulness became the foundation of Thnks. It wasn’t about the coffee, but the intention behind it. Today, Thnks helps businesses carry that same spirit of appreciation forward at scale, turning everyday gestures into stronger relationships.
